Team Manager General Tasks

As a team manager your job is look for ways to make the coach's life easier by taking over some of the organizational tasks needed to keep the team running.

 

  • Communicate regularly with the coach to find out what's needed.
  • Be the conduit for organizational information that the coach wants to get out to the team.
  • Be the conduit for questions parents may have for the coach.
  • Organize jerseys and other equipment needed by the team.
  • Print rosters and player names and number for parents.
  • Organize game data collection at coach's request.
  • Enter game results on team web page.
  • Arrange team breakfasts, outings and tournaments.

 

 

If you'd like to be a team manager, please inform your team's coach as early in the season as possible.
