Bylaws

CYH Bylaws

CYH is governed by the statutes of USA Hockey, Mass Hockey, US federal law, MA state law, and by our own organizational bylaws. The CYH Board of Directors for the 2006-7 season made a tremendous effort to bring the CYH bylaws into the 21st century, and these revised bylaws were approved by the membership at the Annual Meeting in March 2007. A minor change to the bylaws regarding the timing of elections was approved at a general meeting in 2010. These bylaws are available for download here:
